I have been driving for 51 years and have seen many changes in traffic patterns from old durt country roads, where you would stop and allow oncoming traffic to pass, to 4 lane highways were everything goes including putting someone off the road if they get in your way. We all pick up bad habits, (my self excluded). A refresher would make you stop and think about the rules of the road as they protain to todays driving. I would like to see every person have to go through a testing of some sort on their 10th year of driving, plus compulsary testing every five years for persons over sixty five years. times have changed we should all have a refresher.
