I am a space geek… 100 percent.

To clarify… I am NOT a Star Trek fan or into fantasy space stories.

I’m talking about a fascination with REAL outter space.

I like space science… space technology… even space food (you can buy it at the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida - try the ice cream it’s the best).

Needless to say… NASA’s Phoenix Lander touching down on Mars is very exciting… especially because it is a first for Canada.

A weather station built by the Canadian Space Agency is the first Canuck science instrument to land on another planet.

Let’s hope our country is involved when people travel to Mars.

When that happens… I’ll be first in line with my resume.
