That we would be guaranteed that the stores would round up ONLY to the nearest nickel and in order to ensure that this happens is for the stores to NOT get those extra few cents. Instead those few cents should go into provincial coffers to be used for specifically delineated purposes. That will either reduce our taxes or at least prevent some increases.
