Linda - you reminded me of Coco Puffs - definitely one of my faves! Tiny little round cocoa balls that turned the milk chocolaty brown. Yum!

Man I miss all those tasty rot your teeth, raise your cholesterol, make you bounce off the walls heart-attack-in-a-box cereals...sigh. Still, I wonder what Cap'n Crunch would taste like after all these years...hmmm...

Captain Crunch, without a doubt was my favourite cereal. You could soak it in milk and always stayed fresh and crunchy, and when the other snacks ran out you could of always count on Captain Crunch straight up right from the box. Sometimes breakfast the next morning was pretty skimpy though. Great Picture Sam, you LADIES look fantastic. Rick

Hi Sam,

Capn Crunch and Fruit Loops were my favorites. Apple jack were good too.
I have high cholestrol so i've been eating oatmeal for the past 3 years and miss the days of sugar cereals!

Glad that you have a bunch of great friends. i went to Florida with 4 buddies i grew up with in grade school and we had such a good time that we have decided to make it an annual event.

Have a great weekend.

Dear Sam.

We missed you, hope you enjoyed your time in Port Dover, I heard the motorcycles go through Brantford to get there!!

LOUIE,

We're so much alike as I love Cinnamon Life too and am a cereal junkie, but good kinds these days.

As a kid (not in any favorite order but remember these well):

1) Captain Crunch
2) Frosted Flakes (it was the taglines that got you as a kid, they're GREAT!!)
3) Sugar Crisp (can't get enough of that sugar crisp, sugar crisp, sugar crisp)
4) Lucky Charms (but don't like them now)
5) I think it was Count Chocula as I remember it being chocolate and the cover

BUT my Mom rarely let me eat these, as I was mostly raised on shredded wheat, porridge, cream of wheat, etc.

April
BTW Sam, you look as beautiful as the bride!!!

Hi Sam: I just wanted to say how beautiful you look at your sister's wedding. Your dress is lovely and you can even wear it again at some other function. It's not like the old taffeta dresses that you wouldn't be caught dead in again. Have a great day. Janice

Hi Sam:

You look great in that photo by the way.

I think way back when Captain Crunch was my favourite, i remember
they also used to put those little toy trucks in the boxes as well, those
were great to collect, couldn't beat that plus the great taste of the
cereal also, It's still a favourite today, as well as corn pops and reese's
puff's.

Take care
