Check out Cheryl’s car…..sweet…..I wanted a ‘68 Charger forever……I think it had a little more to do with Bo and Luke Duke than it did with the hemi…..I didn’t learn about Mopar and their hemi’s till later in life:)  Here’s Cheryl’s email:

Hi Sam
Great show.
Our favorite summer ride is our ‘69 Charger SE and we’ve had her for over

    Hi Samantha,
We went to see Blue Rodeo a few years ago at the Molson Amphitheater. It was Electric and I mean electric. As the band played you could see the lightning in the distance and it really energized the night. I was one of the best concerts I’ve seen and one of the happiest nights of my live…so far.

I know it is long gone but I loved concerts at Exhibition stadium. It was always such a party. I saw Springsteen, Floyd, U2, Neil Young, the Who. I have never had as much fun as I did when I went to concerts at the Ex! Toronto needs another great outdoor venue, the Molson Ampitheatre doesn’t compare.

    Hi Sam,

I always loved lawn seats at Kingswood-Canada’s Wonderland. Saw the Allman Brothers, Neil Young, David Gilmour, Doobie Brothers. Good times.

    Good morning Sam,
After attending over 200 concerts in the last 30 years I would say that
Massey Hall would be my favorite concert venue.
I also loved concerts at Kingswood at Canada’s Wonderland.
    Cheers,

My first car was a ‘72 Charger. I bought it when I was 15, before I had my license. Swapped the 318 for a 360. I always wanted a ‘69 R/T big block. Oh yeah, Massey Hall.

I’ve been to a couple of concerts at the Molson Amphitheatre and it’s not too bad there. Massey Hall is good too. I like the concert theatre setup at the Air Canada Centre where they use about a third of the whole place and curtain off the rest. I don’t go to a lot of concerts and the only other place I’ve seen one was at Kingswood at Canada’s Wonderland. So I guess I’ve only got a Top 4 list for ya, Sam. I really should see more concerts, especially at more intimate venues as those are probably better in terms of sound and sightlines.

    Massey Hall for sure!

    Thanks Sam :)
I didn’t get a chance to tell our story…so here it is:

My husband bought this Charger back in Sept. 1985 when he was 19yrs old.
He picked me up hitch hiking in May 1986…I was 16yrs old.
We were married in 1991 and after the birth of our 4th child in 1996 we
had to park the Charger for the next 9 yrs.
We sent her out for restoration in 2005 and finally drove her again that
    fall.
Before the resto she was purple but with the Dukes movies released in the
summer of ‘05 we went with Hemi Orange.
