Here’s the deal, submit to be one of 7 lucky finalists to improve your health. Each of the 7 finalists will be given a membership to the Core in Whistler along with expert training. You’ll be required to meet with the trainer to test your progress once every 2 weeks and your progress will be tracked through our website at mountainfm.com Outside of meeting with a trainer, the rest is up to you, extra workouts will be your responsibility.
