Ok I know, it’s been a few days since I’ve made an appearance on the Bloggity Blog and I apologize. While I was away, I entered a new year of my life, I got Into the Wild and watched it about 18 times and have been eating far too much Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper. It’s now Friday and time to get back to business. I have 2 main things to tell you:
#1 - Patrick Swayze is the MAN and I was sad to find out that cancer has entered his body. He did it for Johnny and I say let’s do it for Swayze. Go to itunes and purchase his version of “She’s Like the Wind.” Let’s get him into the Top 10 and pay a little hommage to the ghostly man who likes to spin clay. #2 I’m going to see Matchbox Twenty this weekend with the extended family! I was really into them back in the mid-90’s, but have never seen them live before. I’m what you call a concert whore and love to get to as many shows as possible. A few on the horizon include, Foo Fighters, Eddie Vedder, Jason Collett, Radiohead and Rush. Matchbox does this really cool version of “Time After Time” and I’m hoping they play it this weekend. Check out the video and put in matchbox to get some points!
