Rock Trivia
The Tim Horton post was fun so I thought we’d try this again…this time though I thought we’d do some Rock Trivia. Worth 75 Chez Nation Points …..
Jim Morrison wanted the vocals on LA Woman to sound “rich and full” so he recorded them from the _________ in the studio!
( Answers are closed on this one. I’ve sent out the bonus code to your e mail! Watch for more trivia in the days to come!)

I’m going with the popular vote here and saying bathroom.
BTW Robin, I never received a code for the Tim Horton’s post I left over the weekend, an oversight maybe?
Thanks.

Hey Robin, the answer is the Studio Bathroom.
Apparently he was in there a lot anyways with all the beer drinking he did during the recording sessions.

He sang his vocals for the song in the bathroom of the recording studio in order to get a fuller sound.

This can be seen in the 1991 Oliver Stone film The Doors.

the ol’ Go-and-Flush (bathroom)

Several of Morrison’s vocals were performed in the bathroom at The Doors’ offices, due to the excellent acoustics, particularly in relation to the reverberation quality.

and this to Mitur Banisdrtee - the code for the Chez site isn’t “bathroom” - go back and read Robin’s post where he says “I’ll e mail you the bonus code by the end of the show tomorrow for those with the correct answer.”
Robin will send those who answer correctly a bonus code, like the word “ditz” or “slow” or some such.
