When I mention PEI what do you first think of? For most it will be beaches, potatoes or Anne of Green Gables. For the few who answered SHINE these pics are for you. To my amazement when I arrived back on the Island for the holidays I found that Shine was now sold in liquor stores! (up until now it was illegal) I love the “flammable liquid” label on the back!
After getting almost the same amount of snow this past week as we had for the entire winter last year I think many of us can relate to the snow sculpture. By the way if you’re already feeling like this sculpture keep in mind winter doesn’t actually arrive until this weekend!
At least we’ll have a white christmas….cue the Twisted Sister now….
Here in Ottawa the usual intermission break at a Sens game is the Tim Bits playing against each other trying to score on an empty net. It’s funny to watch because it’s like a real life version of Ice Hockey on the old Nintendo. Who’d a thought that a hockey player in Texas had these kind of skills. Happened about a week ago when the Sens were in town. I think Paddock has already informed the scouts!
Here’s the first run for the new Led Zeppelin Coaster at the Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach. I love how the music syncs up with the twists and turns on the ride.
Here’s what happened over the weekend. What a tool! Totally unprovoked. I can understand when tempers flare but this? Really….”hey man you’re in my way of getting off the ice…I’m pissed….how can I get off the ice? I know…I’ll cut his foot off with my skate!”
With the late night guys off until someone starts writing jokes again many of them apparently have been taking the opportunity to grow things on there face. Conan O’Brien and Letterman have the best ones according to sources. Here’s Dave
