Tomorrow is the last day that the city will be handing out free crackpipes. Personally I think it’s a wise decision…and yes we could get into the whole debate of why it’s necessary and why it’s not…but either way there will be some upset addicts tomorrow. Fortunately I’ve found an alternative to crack…a legal one at that…it’s called sleep deprivation! My day started at roughly 1:30am ( I went to sleep at 11:30pm so I got about 2 hours!) and I’m still up now at 5:00pm. I have no idea how Doc, Woody, Eric and Randall do this everyday. I’ve slowly started to lose my mind as the day progresses. First it was little things like forgetting what i was talking about in mid sentence, then putting the ketchup in the microwave after I’ve used it meaning to put it in the fridge and finally opening a package of batteries only to throw them out and walk back to my remote control with the wrapper in hand wondering where the hell I put the batteries.

I think Eric’s talked at length on his blog about getting in trouble for using the term “pissed off” during one of his cynical cinema’s. Apparently the higher powers felt that pissed off was a little too strong of wording for people in the morning. (which is odd especially since I would bet that 90% of people were pissed off today about having to go to work on a Monday that was going to be 30 degrees) Not remembering this and working with the bad apple himself this morning, I said I was “pissed” about CBS calling video games a sport. (They actually had the “World Series of Video Games” on CBS Sports this weekend..take the poll at Chez106.com and me know if you think it’s a sport or not) Anyway as you may know Jeff Brown has been on holiday’s since I think June sometime…and there was no indication as to when he’d decide to put the fishing pole down to come to work. As luck would have it he picked today…and even better for me he tuned in as I was saying how pissed I was about the video game thing. When I went to see him and tell him it was nice that he was back it was brought up. I didn’t get the “Big Talk” like it appears Eric did but I was asked not to use it again. With that kind of luck I think I’ll buy a lottery ticket for Wednesdays draw!

Coming up on tomorrow’s show Eric and I will discuss who the worst Canadian is according to a recent poll (shockingly it’s not Celine Dion) and praise Jenna Jameson for finally giving Scarlett Johnasson the role she’s been dying to play for years now!
