Well did you hear George Bush’s public plea for federal approval regrading the U.S. government’s proposed $700 BILLION Wall Street bail-out?  The United States of Amurica certainly is one big mess right now isn’t it?  It’s a little disturbing that our friends to the south can find $700 Billion to help out the crooks on Wall Street and continue to support the quagmire in Iraq that costs $3000.00 per second, but they can’t seem to find a fraction of that money to help out starving children in Africa.

Well, can you believe it?  The “unofficial” end of summer is here with the arrival of Labour Day Weekend.  With all the rain we’ve had in “the summer of the Umbrella”, it almost feels like we didn’t even have a summer! 

Burlington Ribfest ( http://www.canadaslargestribfest.com/) is where you’ll find me tomorrow as my band is performing from noon ’til 2:30pm (mmm, Ribs!), I may squeeze in a golf game at some point and a maybe little road trip too.
