Mats desperately wants out of the game. He was one of the few players who chose to sit out the season the year of the lockout even though many NHLers were playing in Europe. However an offer of $7 million from the Leafs kept him interested and the offer of up to $20 million from Vancouver will certainly have his family onside. my guess is that he will sign with Vancouver and will bail only if the Canucks don’t challenge.
So my response is ‘C’.

Well, Mike, since you are not big on the Habs, I am going to say he comes to Montreal. But that’s more to get your goat. I think he will probably keep skirting the issue.

Hmmm I think alot of people are sick of waiting…I’d like to see him back for selfish reasons. However, I think he should have gone to the Red Wings at the last trade dead line. He is not going to win a cup in Toronto.
Maybe he should have one more kick at the cat elsewhere.

I say D (for Dither). This is the biggest non-story ever. I don’t mind Sundin, but I’m not a Leafs fan, so, in the end I don’t care. I would think he’d be wanting to move on to another team. I heard he also either just got or is about to get married, so the wife might have a say, too
