Counting Down….

July is now less than three weeks away.
Maybe it’s the humid and wet weather of late.. but many have had that glazed-over look around here.
You can just tell the mental countdown is on.
Think summer vacation, kids out of class…and ice cream.
It all kicked off last weekend for us, with a deck-warming party. Cold drinks and ribs.
Neighbourhood BBQ’s, end-of-school parties and even a strawberry social are all pencilled in.
Sixteen days until I’m on the beach.
