You need to play regularly in order to keep your playing status current but the draw is truly random, and done via computer, and everyone's name is only entered once. A brand new player has as good a chance as a long-time player. You have as good a chance as anyone to win, if you're entering the weather guarantee on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy for this man and his wife, but what I would like to know is how many times did he place a vote in or whatever it is called? I put in 13 and spent a lot of time accumulating those points to get those entries in. I was sure I would be the winner (not really). But seriously, how many entries did he place?
