Amy Winehouse actually showed up for 2 performances this weekend!  That’s a headline in itself…  They were disaterous shows, but she was there!  First, Nelson Mandela’s Birthday Party where she changed the words in ‘Free Nelson Mandela’ to “Free Blakey, my fella…” Not appropriate.

Then she played the Glastonbury Festival where she punched a fan!  Watch!

Ok, David Usher is not in the movie but check this out!  It’s  a 3 minute preview of Batman: The Dark Knight and the song in the background is “Kill the Lights” by David Usher. 

The new Batman movie stars the late Heath Ledger (as the Joker) and will be in theatres on July 18th.

I don’t know if you’re a fan of Ellen, but really who isin’t?!?!  She’s funny and smart and all-around lovable.  When Ellen anounced her engagement to Portia de Rossi on her show I shed a tear of joy.  I was just so happy that these two women, crazy in love, would be albe to celebrate like everyone else.  Because they are like everyone else… They love diamonds as much as the next girl!  Check out Portia’s Bling!

For those of you lucky enough to get Madonna tickets here’s the Set List for her “Sticky & Sweet Tour”.  According to this she’s digging up some amazing ’80’s tunes!!

Here’s the performance from last night’s awards show.  According to Carter and Sandra the New Kids should not be singing live, but you have to admit they look great 20 years later!!

A new artist here on KISS FM!  She’s fantastic and she’s Canadian!  Lights lives in Toronto, although, maybe not for long… she’s about to be huge you watch!  Here’s a cute video for the new single we are playing on KISS, Drive My Soul, with the lyrics and some pictures of Lights.

Just last week Paris Hilton was quoted saying that she “can’t wait to have babies” and that the perfect time would be “next year”.  Maybe she’s getting a head start??  Judge for yourself…
