WORST cover song of ALL TIME!
Celine Dion doing AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long” First, I can’t picture Celine or Rene Angelil shaking anybody all night long…and second: Why? Just…why?
Total Guitar magazine calls this a “sacrilege”…and I think they’re right. How about you? Great or hate?

Well personnally I think she has guts to try that song and she did a pretty good job of it!
I’m a big Celine fan, but she doesn’t always pull it off, but I think she did OK here. Who was singing with her???

I never EVER wanted to see her gyrating her hips like that and trying to be ‘hot’ (ewwww I feel the need to shower)….Once my retinas stop bleeding I may indulge in some electric shock therapy just to get that image out of my mind…some things you can’t “unsee” or “unhear”. She needs to stick to an appropriate genre…for humanity’s sake

I’m on the fence post on this one. I love ACDC and this is a classic so no one can do it like them. That said it is one of those songs that everyone wants to sing so I think Celine did a much better job then some of the folks who attempt it on kareoke night. Hey more power to the divas for going for it.

I actually don’t think that’s too bad. Well… Celine’s parts. Although Anastasia does have a good voice, she butchers this song. If Celine had done at this song alone it would have sounded much better. Give them props for trying though. It’s not the greatest, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call “sacrilege.” Factor in the number of fans enjoying themselves at that concert… that says something.

Well I honestly don’t see why people are being so hard on Celine Dion. I think she did an excellent job on the song. No, she’s no AC/DC but she really rocked the song, and Anastasia in a fabulous singer who can really belt out a song as can Celine. I’d say, if you don’t like Celine, don’t listen to her. Can you tell i’m a HUGE fan? She’s a small lady with a big voice, who is just having fun. Celine - Rock on.

This should never have been done, just really really bad. Especially when she goes and throws those ” c’mon girlfriends” into the mix, just does not work for me.

Meredith Brooks kicks ass, I could see her doing this song by herself but with Celine? I think Celine is an embarrassment to Canada on a good day but this is just ridiculous.

Of all the thousands of songs out there that she could have done a cover of instead, why pick AC/DC? She ruined a perfectly fantastic song. Definitely out of her reach as a performer.
