Cellphone = NON! Bill 42 in effect.

As of April 1st, 2008 the use of a cellular phones and blackberries while driving in Quebec will be forbidden, banned…outlawed! If you’re caught using your hand held device you could be subject to a ticket (fine between $80 and $100) plus three demerit points. (This bill does not apply to hands free devices)
