Yes, Samantha Taylor! We worked in radio together in the early to mid - 80’s. Later she hosted Video Hits on CBC television. This shot was taken on The Esplanade in Toronto in ‘81. Lovely woman.

That would be Samantha Taylor! I remember her from a video countdown show I would watch after school. However, I recall her having a very 80’s New Wave, short hairstyle similar to Roger Taylor (the bassist) from Duran Duran. All day I have searched, of course while working. The song was sung by the Buggles. The video launched MTV. There was three back up singers (Joy Yates, Debi Doss and Linda Allan/Jarmin). When searching key words on CBC came up with Luba, but the picture looked nothing like the one you have. She sure did have a killer bod….and perfect legs…you should have married her….My final answer is “Sam”.
