And I spun out. It was as if the world went to slo-mo. And the freaky (and lucky!) part was that there was noone in the lanes beside me. When I finally stopped turning I had come to rest backwards: I was now facing all the oncoming traffic. Luckily they had all stopped while I was spinning. It was little surreal to sit there and see 4 lanes of cars just watching me. Phew! A few years ago I was driving north on the 400 during a storm. And I spun out. Suffice to say, there are way too many drivers out there who do not seem to heed the slippery conditions on the road until it is too late. When the snow & ice was at it's worst, I was constantly tailgated, cut off and not signalled to by a host of discourteous road users who did not seem to want to share the highway with me. I think I will take up autobody repair, I would only need to work the winter months to make a fortune! I have too many, it would be impossible to list them all here!
