Exhibit ‘A’

Russ’s kindergarten report card!

How cute is this? On Friday’s show I was saying how my report

cards always read “Charlee needs to apply herself”.

Ha ha ha…  I then joked that Russ failed kindergarten at Harbour View Elementary in Coquitlam.

Who knew he’d have ‘Exhibit A’, provided by witness (and teacher) Mrs. Hardcastle, with evidence to the contrary?!

We now turn to ‘Exhibit B’.

Our Phrase Of The Week!  Pic was staged as a joke circa 1910.

“Not kidding” about a ‘torture chamber’ (blog-bondage with bling!!) thing, for the boys when they get a failing grade on ‘keeping their noses to the (Clear Morning) grindstone’!

Guess I could have “applied myself” to this blog earlier in the weekend but I have a houseguest in town.
I’ve got Exhibits A-Z of excuses as the ‘Queen of Justification’!

“Fit For A Queen” opens Thursday in Vancouver for one night only at the River Rock Show Theatre.  A ‘Vegas Style’ ffaq_2001.gifdrag show with proceeds to the Shooting Stars Foundation.  Join me Tuesday morning at 7:50 for Charlee chit-chat with Kendra Sprinkling, Executive Director of the foundation.

Lots of fun on our Monday too, including our first BC SPCA Pet of the Week  on Clear Mornings!   A Makeover Monday and a Clear Escape for mom through Clear Rewards to give away, and I give myself an A for keeping a secret this long!

BIG Clear concert announcement tomorrow morning just after 7 and just before weather with Wayne Cox from the Global News Hour.  A New and exotic Clear Escape will be announced before 9am!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Talk to you on our Monday drive!  Bruce Williams is back  tomorrow morning with traffic, and an ‘A’ for ‘creative commute’!

Charlee…
(with thanks to Clear listener Karen for contributing to my blog quote today).
