If anything they should be impressed that it's actually generated interest and should be pushing forward with haste to market it and get it out on to the store shelves. I just hope that they at least pay his fine and drop the charges for Cogill for doing them a favour and getting them all this publicity for free and being their scape goat for their screw up!
