The Things We Do For Love
Monday, February 4th, 2008My wife is supercool. That’s for sure. We like a lot of the same things. Tv shows, movies, books.
We also like a lot of the same music - U2, The Beatles, the Stones. Heck, she doesn’t even mind old school Yes. She doesn’t like the harder bands I enjoy though - no Dream Theatre or Rush for her, though she did enjoy a Queensryche listening session a few months.
I love my wife. She’s sat through a crappy Dylan show with me, travelled to Buffalo to see the Allman Brothers and put up with my frustration with border traffic. My wife’s amazing. Which is why I’ll be sitting at Air Canada Centre tonight to watch these five ladies onstage.
I’m a great husband. No doubt about it.
