The Jack Nation Hits Your TV! So Does Tom Petty!

The Jack Nation Countdown Television Show has it’s debut this Saturday afternoon at 1 on City TV. Samantha Stevens is your host, while yours truly is the writer and senior producer. The show will feature the 20 hottest videos on the planet, some very cool interviews with the guys from Finger Eleven and Seether, and your chance to score tickets to see Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers when they rock Toronto June 3rd at Air Canada Centre. Speaking of Petty, not only will he and the Heartbreakers be playing the Super Bowl Half Time Show, we’ve also got the Tom Petty presale going on all weekend. It took me years to see TP in concert, but when I finally did in the Summer of 2006 I was really blown away. Cool covers, and hit after hit after hit. The only one missing was one of my favourite tunes, which Tom co-wrote with Bob Dylan back in the 80’s. You can take a look the video for it below.
