		<description>Great Blog! It' not often that someone in the media has the guts go against talk about this. The moment I hear something like "Well, have you been there?" I know there is something wrong.  It's equivalent to people ending an argument by calling someone a commi, or making references to Hitler, racist, sexist or a conspiracy nut.  I always take a step back when I hear one of these statements. 
I have to wonder if there is not a term for the tactic in ending discussion. It certainly is a brilliant way to further ones own opinion and agenda. If people are literally afraid to even discuss something, they certainly cannot argue with you can they.
